Entry to and use of facilities at Fruit Forest Farm are at the risk of the visitor.
Fruit Forest Farm is a working farm. Supervision of children is required at all times. Please be aware at all times of the conditions around you.
The consumption of any fruit or food at Fruit Forest Farm is at the visitors own risk. If any visitor is unsure of any reaction or allergy they or accompanying children may have to any particular fruit, Fruit Forest Farm recommends it should not be consumed.
The visitor acknowledges that in purchasing a ticket and participating in the tour, that they give consent for their audio/visual or contact information to be used in promotional or marketing materials, unless otherwise stated.
It is recommended the tour is booked online or by phone prior to the tour day to ensure availability. Turning up on the day will not ensure admission to the tour, as it has a maximum of 20 people.
Cancellations will result in a loss of 10 % deposit if booked through an agent, or re-scheduling can be attempted.
In the unlikely event that we are unable to undertake a tour due to uncontrollable circumstances, Fruit Forest Farm will endeavour to deliver the tour at an alternate date, subject to availability but will not be held liable for any other costs. A full refund will be issued if rescheduling is not possible. (Less 10% deposit fee, if booked through an agent)
